Mark & Gemma, Marblehead Massachusetts Wedding Photography

Mark (my 2nd cousin!) and Gemma’s wedding photos are finally finished! I’ve been working away on this one slowly for a little while, but I’ve been so excited to finish it up and be able to share the beautiful images from their wedding day last month. I had a great time with these guys last year photographing their (newly posted) engagement session and looked forward to being able to follow it up by photographing their wedding a year later. It was worth the wait!!! Mark and Gemma got married on a lovely and cool overcast day. Doesn’t Gemma just look stunning in her gorgeous gown? The light was beautiful and soft and Mark and Gemma and their entire bridal party wandered around Marblehead with me to get photos all done before the ceremony. After doing some quick getting ready photos in downtown Marblehead and on Marblehead Neck, we ventured back over to Crocker Park for a first look and bridal party photos. We had a lovely water escort across the Harbor to the Corinthian Yacht Club where we got off the launch and headed down to Chandler Hovey Park for the ceremony. We got hit with some rain right before the ceremony, but thankfully it didn’t last long! After these two got hitched I was able to steal them for a couple of minutes to take a few photos overlooking Marblehead Harbor before everyone was escorted to the Yacht Club by beautiful bagpipes. This crew danced the night away (the dance floor was packed!) and had a wonderful evening together celebrating the start of their married life surrounded by so many friends and loved ones. Thank you Mark and Gemma for letting me tag along to document the day for you. I had a great time and it was so nice to see so many friends and family!
